Terms of service

By consenting to CINNAWRLD's SMS marketing at checkout, during a purchase, or through our subscription forms, you agree to receive recurring text notifications regarding your orders, abandoned checkout reminders, exclusive promotional offers, and transactional messages, including requests for product reviews. Message frequency may vary. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.

If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications, simply reply STOP to any mobile message sent by CINNAWRLD or use the unsubscribe link provided within our messages, where available. We will also honor other valid opt-out requests as required by applicable law. We do not charge for this service; however, standard message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless provider.

For any questions or assistance, reply HELP to the number from which you received our messages, or contact us at support@cinnawrld.com. Our team will be happy to assist you.

CINNAWRLD reserves the right to modify or update the telephone numbers or short codes used to operate our SMS service. If changes occur, we will provide notice where required. Messages sent to previously used numbers may not be received or processed.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CINNAWRLD is not responsible for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of SMS notifications, inaccuracies in transmitted information, or actions taken in reliance on information provided through our messaging service.
